Part of Draugiem Group
Draugiem Group operates across a wide range of industries, yet all our work is united by the technology, knowledge, skills, and values we have accumulated over many years. We applied all of these when creating Mājas Cēsis. In these projects, we invested not only our experience and the latest technologies, but also the funds we had earned internationally – all with the aim of creating lasting value in Latvia.
In restoring historic buildings and constructing the new Draugu House, we listened carefully to the past while looking toward the future. Openness to experimentation and innovation has always been one of Draugiem Group's core values. The same principle guided the restoration of Cēsis' architectural treasures, where contemporary smart home technologies now exist quietly within the ancient walls.

Cēsis is a part of us. This is where Draugiem Group began. That's why we say THANK YOU to the city by gifting drinking water fountains to quench the thirst of passers-by, refill bottles, or give pets a drink.
Water fountains
5 water fountains throughout the city: in #CēsisAttracts square, the stadium, Unity Square, Rose Square, and the Space Discovery Center. Cēsis water meets all EU standards. This is a step towards making Cēsis even more friendly.
#CēsisAttracts
We wanted to create a meeting place. The #CēsisAttracts square - our gift to the people of Cēsis. The trees grow at an angle because a magnet attracts them, just as Cēsis attracts good ideas and people from all over the world.
Living experiment
What will the trees look like in 5 years? This is a nature experiment and dynamic environmental object that changes every year. A reason for city visitors to return regularly and see how this living installation evolves.
