Spriņģu Rock is a spectacular sandstone outcrop about 600 metres long and 21 metres high on the left bank of the Gauja between Līgatne and Skaļupe. From Līgatne, you can access it by walking along the Gauja, starting at the Līgatne ferry crossing. From Skaļupe, the rock can be accessed by leaving your car at the Līgatne Rehabilitation Centre.
