“Mājas Cēsīs” becomes a friend of the Concert Hall “Cēsis”

So far, “Draugiem Group” has installed several public drinking water taps in Cēsis and created a sloping tree square #CēsisPievelk. In addition, programming and hospitality professionals have been integrated into the teaching staff of Vidzeme Technical School of Technology and Design, and the first phase of the renovation of the old town “Pumpura kvartāls” has been completed. The renovation and construction works of the historical house ensemble “Konrāda kvartāls” are also in full swing. The goal of all projects is to make Cēsis a more attractive place to live and work for both current and future Cēsis residents.
““Mājas Cēsīs” was created with the aim of making Cēsis a place where people not only visit, but also choose to live. Home, environment, school, and culture are the four cornerstones that give the city its soul, which is why we also choose to become a friend of the concert hall. We are united by common values – to show people that compact, goal-oriented teams can offer high-quality products and services and that living in Cēsis is cool,” says Andis Malahovskis, the manager of “Mājas Cēsīs”, a Cēsis resident, about the cooperation.
“The concert hall has been a home for art and music for ten years. In a variety of cultural forms, we encourage our visitors to explore, experience and gain new emotions and new energy beyond the everyday. Standing on the threshold of the next decade, cooperation with the “Draugiem Group” company “Mājas Cēsis” will provide the concert hall with the opportunity to implement new creative ideas, and visitors will stay in the city longer after our events and, possibly, even choose Cēsis as their home in the long term,” says Inese Zagorska, the artistic director of the concert hall, evaluating the cooperation.
For ten years, the Concert Hall “Cēsis” has been offering its listeners a select, high-quality and diverse professional art program, which reveals the magnificent acoustics of the concert hall, created by the wooden interior, and gives visitors the opportunity to follow the latest art trends in the world. The content creation is aimed at dynamic progress, saturated and rich creative activity together with the most outstanding artistic personalities and collectives of Latvia, Europe and the world, thus strengthening the image of the concert hall, its reputation and recognition both in Latvia and beyond its borders.
