Watch the film with english subtitles in which director Jānis Vingris documents the transformation of one of Cēsis landmarks - Konrāds Quarter - by Draugiem Group company Mājas Cēsīs over several years.

Three historic buildings have been restored, a new building called Draugu nams has been constructed, and two publicly accessible courtyards, galleries, an office, long-term rental apartments, a design hotel, and a café for the local community have been created. We invested not only our experience and the latest technologies in these projects, but also funds earned around the world, with the aim of creating lasting value in Latvia.
